Rather than charge a flat rate for the house rental.
We have tried to make the rental cost as fair as possible based on number of occupants. Therefore, the base price includes
2 adults and we add $100 per child under the age of 19 years and an additional cost of $200 per extra adult.
Low Season:
May 14, 2011 to July 2, 2011
August 27, 2011 to October 15, 2011
Basic weekly rental for 2 adults is $1200.00+
We've
indicated a base price for double occupancy. Additional costs apply as follows:
+ $100 per week for each additional
child, under 19 years of age
+ $200 per week for each additional adult
G.S.T. (5%) and P.S.T.
(10%) are applicable as we are licensed and certified by P.E.I. Tourism.

Reservations: We
require a deposit of $500. to confirm the reservation.
Deposit is fully refundable if cancellation notice is received
before the end of February the year of your planned holiday.
The full amount of the deposit will also be refunded after
that date when property is re-booked.
Reservation dates can be changed at anytime depending upon availability.
Payment
methods accepted: Cheque, Money Order or bank transfer in Canadian Funds or equivalent U.S. amount.
Final Payment: The
balance is to be mailed three weeks prior to arrival.

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday
