What is included with the rental?

The rental cost includes the service of a property Manager, who will meet you at the house to provide you with house keys, and ensure everything in the house is in order. Weekly cleaning is also included.  Additionally, the following items are found in the house:

Non smoking environment

3 bedrooms – 2 queen size beds, 2 single beds

2 bathrooms – 2 showers, 1 soaker tub

1 outside shower

1 laundry room – washer and dryer

Bed linen, towels, hair dryer

Fully equipped modern kitchen - microwave oven, dishwasher

Outside dining area – propane BBQ, table and chairs

Color TV with satellite dish, DVD, Stereo/CD/MP3 player

High Speed Wireless Internet, Fax machine

Games such as soccer, bocci ball, horseshoes, etc.

What is not included in the rental?

Provincial and Federal Taxes must be added to the cost of the rental and paid upon arrival.

How do I get the keys?

The property Manager will meet you at a designated time and provide you with information on the Island and keys.

How far is the beach?

The beach is less than 100 feet from the house - at the end of the property.  You may access it by using the stairs.

Is there shopping close by?

Yes.  You have a number of choices available to you. Gateway Village, by the Confederation Bridge has shops and eateries .The village of Bedeque’s corner store has the best Ice Cream in the world and a few grocery items.  Of course the city of Summerside has all the conveniences you need.

Is this a non-smoking home?

Yes. 

Are pets allowed?

We love our pets but unfortunately we cannot accept pets at the beach house.
