RATES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Rental cost:
Low Season Rate:
May 17, 2008 to July 5, 2008
September 13, 2008 to October 25, 2008
Basic weekly rental is $1,650.00 Canadian for double occupancy.
Plus $100. for each additional child less than 19 years of age.
Plus $200 for each additional adult.
Seasonal Rate:
July 5, 2008 to Mid September 13, 2008
Basic weekly rental is $1,900.00 Canadian for double occupancy.
Plus $100. for each additional child less than 19 years of age.
Plus $200 for each additional adult.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
A deposit of $500.00 is required within 3 days of confirmation.
An administrative fee of $500. will be charged for all cancellations. Tenant’s deposit will be fully refunded less $200.cancellation charge if received no less than 60 days prior to the start of the rental term and the house is rented. A refund of 50% of deposit less $200 cancellation fee will be granted for cancellations occurring between 31-59 days prior to arrival date. All monies are forfeited on cancellations within 30 days of the rental term due to the difficulty of re-renting the premises on short notice.
The balance is to be paid by bank draft two weeks prior to arrival.

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday
